Led by Foothill Football Head Coach Doug Case, our program is open to any athlete looking for an edge as they prepare for entry into high school sports. Athletes will be learning fundamentals that will advance skills and endurance and aid them in mental preparation, all while emphasizing positive attitudes and healthy competition.

This camp is geared toward current 7th and 8th graders.  It is designed to introduce a variety of exercises including, but not limited to:

• Stretching

• Core Development

• Speed and Agility Training

• Weightlifting

Dates: April 1, 2024 to May 15, 2024

 

Days: Mondays & Wednesdays from 4:00pm to 5:30pm

 

Cost:  $180 until 3/1, $200 after 3/1
